Refund policy

At Raising Boys Designs each item is made with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom created, we have the following policy in place: 

Custom Orders (Non-Refundable) All custom and personalized orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. This includes any item that has been made specifically for you with custom names, logos, colors, designs or sizes. 

Why Custom Orders are Final Sale Custom products cannot be restocked or resold once they are completed, as they are uniquely designed to your specifications. Significant time, materials and design work go into creating each piece making it impossible to offer refunds or exchanges. 

Non-Custom Items (Exchanges and Store Credit) Non customized items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange. 

To be eligible: 

-Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

-All original tags must be attached

-Items must not be damaged

Customers are responsible for returning the item to us, either by dropping it off or mailing it back at their expense. 

Order Accuracy Please double check all details (spelling, sizes, color and design choices) before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors approved at the time of purchase. 

Damaged or incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item please contact us within 3 business day. Be sure to include photos of the item and packaging so that we can make it right.  

Cancellations Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that production may have already begun and cancellations will not be accepted.
