Customer Supplied Items

I am happy to embroider on customer provided items. While damage is rare, embroidery is completed using industrial machinery and on occasion things happen that are out of my control. By providing your own item you acknowledge and agree to the following: I am not responsible for replacing or reimbursing customer supplied items valued over $30. Any item valued over $30 is embroidered at the customers own risk. If an item is no longer made or unavailable I will replace it with a comparable item of equal value, not to exceed $30. In the event an item is a total loss, my liablity is limited to a refund of $18 (my mimum embroidery fee). I am not responsible for sentimental value or items with irreplaceable significance. By submitting an item for embroider you agree to these terms.
